Mary and her team looked after my Mum for the last year of her life providing 24/7 live-in care. Elma and Kris, her live-in carers, were fantastic and Mum thought the world of them. They provided high levels of care and the right kind of support that enabled her to have as active a time as she could. As her health declined they were wonderful, took care of her, helped with her medicine and made sure she was comfortable, as well as keeping my brother and I informed for when we were needed. Mary herself was always available, never far away, and able to provide additional assistance at the drop of a hat. The whole team was such an important part of Mum’s last year and we will always be grateful for everything they did.

Also, I have noted a small mistake on your proposed website. Under ‘Our Promise Mary’s Team’ you need another word after ‘Exemplary’. Maybe ‘Exemplary care’?

We were recommended Mary’s team by parishioners at our church. Mary’s team have been providing care for my partner who suffered a stroke for over a year. Mary and her team have a wonderful work ethic and they are caring, attentive and friendly.

Finally, I’ve written a little review for you!

We had a live-in carer for my 95-year-old sister-in-law for fifteen months until she died, and I am just so grateful for the infinite care, patience and kindness she showed throughout and for the efficiency of Mary’s organisation. When the carer had her break, another one was moved in with a smooth handover and no disruption, and it was very reassuring that she was able to ring Mary any time for medical or practical advice, and that Mary herself would come from London from time to time to see that things were being done properly. If I ever need a carer myself, I would certainly ask Mary.
